New York Film Academy Photography School

My name is Nicole Campbell and I'm from Nashville,
Tennessee. My name is Joseph. I'm Angel Chara from New Dehli, India. My name's El-Ar from
Brooklyn, NY and we're out here on location in Malibu Beach, New York Film Academy Los
Angeles Photography Department.

I chose to study photography because I like the stillness
of a picture and you have to be focused about what you're creating. I always wanted to be
in the arts. I bought my first digital camera and then I started shooting everything. I
do not want to go and sit in an office all day for the rest of my life so I decided to
attend the New York Film Academy and when I came here I fell in love with it and so
that's what I'm going to pursue.

The software that we use is always kept up to date. The
lenses, cameras, and the strobes. The pocket wizards we use for as our radio transmitters,
different modifiers we use. Overnight, during the weekends, it's all at our disposal.

It's
what the industry is currently using right now. At the New York Film Academy, the instructors
are working professionals. They've all become mentors to me. My instructors are always pushing
me and always challenging me to make something unique.

One of my instructors challenged me
to take more pictures of athletes and just try to find a unique way to do it. Our graduation
is Mark 5:An Art Exhibition which is something I never saw myself doing or being a part of.
We're hanging the show, we're curating the show. It is an experience I will always take
with me when I walk out these door. I feel extremely proud of myself and it's weird to
look at my work on the wall and know that it's my own.

It's really exciting and the
best feeling. It's awesome. This is just that level of awesome that I haven't experienced
until just now..
